The land is ideal for mixed farming, including livestock such as sheep or cattle, and the cultivation of seasonal crops. A natural spring provides a consistent water source, while several camps are already fitted with irrigation infrastructure — allowing for immediate production or future expansion. There’s also an area suitable for gravel extraction, adding further versatility and value.

The property features several existing farm buildings, some of which are heritage structures showcasing authentic thatched roofs and thick, character-filled walls. Though they need restoration, they offer the perfect foundation for creating a unique destination — whether a boutique guest farm, agri-tourism venture, or a serene private retreat.

This is a truly special opportunity for an investor or visionary farmer seeking to combine productivity, heritage, and natural beauty on the West Coast — a blank canvas with endless potential.
